Bureau of Environmental Protection
To All Property Owners Within The Village:
Please be aware that all property alterations affecting the natural environment require an environmental permit from the Bureau of Environmental Protection. This includes tree removal, landscaping changes, water usage modifications, and any activities that may impact local ecosystems or drainage patterns.
Please contact the Bureau of Environmental Protection for guidance prior to any work being started.
The purpose is to protect our village's natural resources and ensure all environmental regulations are being followed. In addition, if you do not have an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) for any alterations, it could result in significant fines and delays in future property transactions.
If you have any questions, we are here to answer them. Please call.
Yours truly,
Dr. Eleanor Green
